Hello, I'm Savannah.

Savannah Citron

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Associate

Supervised by Jenny Deitz, M.A., LMFT-Supervisor

Welcome!

If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’ve been thinking to yourself, “Maybe I ought to try this therapy thing.” Maybe it’s the first time you’ve thought this, or the hundredth. Take a moment to acknowledge the guts it took to be right here. This therapy thing can be scary.

The good news is that therapy can also be incredibly restorative, enlightening and (bear with me) even fun. I pursued a career as a Marriage and Family Therapist because I believe in the value of coming alongside others as they bear the burdens of life, offering the best of myself as a comfort and a guide. To me, being a therapist is more than just a job – it’s an inherent responsibility, a great privilege, and a deep joy.

By combining the best of evidence-based practice with the firsthand, real-time experiences of the human heart, mind, and soul, my job is to create a therapeutic experience that is collaborative, creative, and compassionate. Your job, should you choose to accept it, would only be to arrive on time and willing to try. Together our goal will be to learn, to heal, and to hope.

You’ve got one step down. If you’re ready to take the next one, it would be my honor to take it with you.
