Hello, I'm Brandy.

I am very excited to begin my practicum and internship at Sequoia Counseling Center.
Life can make crazy turns, and we may find ourselves feeling “stuck” or unable to over come
current challenges. I look forward to collaborating with individuals and finding ways to become
“unstuck.” I believe that core values and opinions of ourselves can help, and also hinder, how
we react to our environment. It is important to me to help each individual create changes that
will allow them to maneuver through negative reactions, or emotions, in a way that helps
promote healthy change.
